Caitilin Finch is a full time mother of two toddlers now aged three and five, living in Cornwall. Her first book Healthy First Foods for Your Baby, was published by Grub Street last year. She has now moved on to providing the same style of simple, easy to prepare recipes for the next age group. In recent years she has set up a thriving parent and toddler group in her village. She found new mums were asking her advice on what to feed their children and so she developed a large number of tasty meals, adding to the ones passed down from her mother. These were tried on friends and family who all came back with very positive results. From this experience she has created her inspiring, easy to use recipe books
